| Frankfurt-Hahn Airport's corporate design proves convincing |
| In March 2010 Frankfurt-Hahn Airport launched its new corporate design: youthful, bright and up to the minute. Its very individual identity has now earned the airport in the Hunsrück the coveted red dot design award in the category communication design 2010. The internationally recognized competition has as its prize a red dot which is treated as a mark of good design quality in expert circles. |

| From June 2011 Iceland's low-cost airline Iceland Express will be taking off twice a week from Frankfurt-Hahn Airport for the United States. Online bookings for the Big Apple and the East Coast metropolis of Boston can already be made now. |
