More flights at TRIWO Hahn Airport: 36 attractive destinations are included in the airport's 2024/2025 winter flight schedule, six more than in the same period last year. Results summer holiday 2024: Hahn Airport increases passenger numbers by almost twelve per cent

TRIWO Hahn Airport looks back on an extremely successful summer: in July and August, the main holiday months in the German federal states Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse and Saarland, almost 382,000 passengers used the airport. This corresponds to an increase of around twelve per cent compared to the previous year. "The peak summer holiday season exceeded our expectations," says Rüdiger Franke, Managing Director of TRIWO Hahn Airport.

E-mobility at Hahn Airport: Ten new electric vehicles in use

TRIWO Hahn Airport is focusing on e-mobility and has purchased ten new electric vehicles. The six T6 buses and four caddies are replacing diesel vehicles and are already in use. They serve as pilot vehicles for aircraft ("follow me"), transport aircraft crews and support the work in the workshops and in operations, for example.

Start of new flights between Hahn Airport and Pristina

Premiere at TRIWO Hahn Airport: On July 11, 2024, a plane operated by Croatian Trade Air landed in the Hunsrück for the first time. The airline now connects Hahn Airport with Pristina,
the capital of the Republic of Kosovo, every Thursday and Sunday. Trade Air operates the flights with an A319 on behalf of the Kosovan airline MyWings. The first aircraft was welcomed with a water shower.

Summer flight schedule at Hahn Airport is growing

The summer flight schedule at TRIWO Hahn Airport is being expanded: Ryanair has been flying between Hahn Airport and Budapest since June 2. On the same day, the Irish airline also began operating flights from Hahn Airport to Alghero in Italy. Thus, the city in Sardinia is back on the airport's flight schedule for the first time since 2021. Both destinations will be served twice a week from Hahn Airport. Twice a week from Hahn Airport to Pristina

The summer timetable from TRIWO Hahn Airport will be extended by a new route: the Croation Trade Air will connect Hahn Airport with Pristina from 16th of June 2024. A Trade Air
aircraft will take off from Airport Hahn on behalf of Kosovo-based MyWings every Thursday and Sunday and will fly to the capital of the Republic of Kosovo. The aircraft used is an A319.
