The departure hall is situated directly adjacent to the apron. The Terminal has 22 check-in-counters and 12 gates. The Terminal is opened 24 hours every day. Our visitor terrace with a view to the apron is opened from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day.
Passengers and visitors will be able to obtain information on everything happening at the terminal from service staff. The service center also offers copying and fax services and the lost-and-found office is located here.
Those who wants to use their own smartphone or laptop to catch up on the latest world news or want to find out how the weather is at their destination, for example, can surf the World Wide Web with AirIT's WLAN service. Passengers and visitors can use the AirIT Free WLAN service free of charge.

Disabled parking is available directly at the terminal. There is a wheelchair service providing assistance to the aircraft. This service has to be booked together with the ticket in advance.
